   Paste your website

   We read your public pages and draft hours, services, prices and FAQs. Review and edit; nothing goes live until you approve.

3. Step 3

   Connect your phone

   Forward your calls to PickRep. No new phone system. Keep your number and set forwarding when busy or unanswered, or get a local number. Most carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Google Voice, support conditional forwarding.

4. Step 4

   Test and go live

   Call it yourself, check the summary email, flip it on.

What a call looks like

Caller reaches you. The agent opens with the AI and recording disclosure. The greeting names your business, says it is an AI assistant, and says the call may be recorded. It answers from the profile you approved, or it takes a complete message: name, number, reason, urgency. You get the summary email with the recording and transcript. After you flip it on, every call follows the same path. There is no extra charge at night or on a holiday. Spam minutes and calls under 10 seconds aren't billed. Opt-in booking on Google Calendar, confirmed by voice and email, is on every plan.
