How minutes work

Minutes count connected talk time. Spam minutes and calls under 10 seconds aren't billed. We email you at 80%. At 100%, calls go to voicemail with a transcript.

Illustrative math, not a customer stat: a salon getting 10 calls a day averaging 1.5 minutes uses about 450 minutes a month (10 × 1.5 × 30). That is more than Pro's 400, so Business. With fewer or shorter calls, Pro or Starter.
